- The Judiciary Committee Ensures Compliance With Rules And Regulations, And Resolves Disputes Within The Organization.
- The Disputes Are Handled As Cases Which Are Processed By The Admin Team Of NET4LOG.
- The Final Adjudication Is Provided By The Judiciary Committee.
CHAIRMAN
Chairman will be the head of both ADVISORY and JUDICIARY COMMITTEE and is elected from among the eight representatives of these committees. Chairman will be the final approver of the suggestions and decisions as proposed by the respective committee. The chairman will also ensure smooth functioning of the activities of respective committees.
Operation of Parliament
The subject which needs to be taken through the parliamentary committee will be proposed in advance by the NET4LOG Admin team- Based on the suitable date/time the calendar will be booked for an online meeting
- The chairman will preside to seek votes on the subject and final decision is made
- NET4LOG Admin team will maintain minutes of the meeting which will be shared with all the Trusted Partners
