1. Appointment

NET4LOG PTE LTD ("NET4LOG") appoints the undersigned entity as a Registered Partner on the NET4LOG platform, subject to the tier entitlements and obligations set out in this Agreement.

2. Platform Access

Registered Partner tier includes access to the Market Place, limited access to the Partners World Directory, and Digital Connect (E-Shipment). Access may be suspended for breach of these terms.

3. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with this Agreement, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

4. Electronic Execution

The parties agree that this Agreement may be executed by electronic signature, including OTP-authenticated email signing, and that such execution shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

5. Data & Audit Trail

NET4LOG will record the registration, activation, document-view, OTP verification, and signing events for this execution, together with associated timestamps, as evidence of due execution.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for material breach.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
