Application Process

Submission-The application is submitted online through the Net4Log portal. Applicants are required to provide detailed information about their organization, including their operational history, services offered, and client portfolio.

Adjudication Process

The application undergoes a thorough adjudication process, where it is reviewed based on predefined criteria set by the Partner Engagement Committee. This includes assessing the applicant's reputation, financial stability, operational capabilities, and compliance with industry regulations

Partner Relations

At Net4Log, maintaining a trustworthy and collaborative network is our top priority. To ensure the integrity of our community, we have established clear guidelines for partner suspension, termination, and blacklisting. These measures are designed to uphold professional standards, protect member interests, and promote a positive environment for all participants. Read on to understand the circumstances under which membership may be affected and the processes involved.

Partner Suspension

The notification process of suspending a member from Net4Log is a crucial part of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members within the network. . By following this process, Net4Log aims to uphold its standards and protect the interests of its members. It is essential for both the Net4Log team and the members to understand and respect this process to ensure a fair and just outcome. A partner in Net4log will be suspended for the following reasons:

Payment Defaults: Suspension occurs if a partner is over 45 days late in payments, exceeding the agreed credit limit of 30 days.
Membership Fees: Failure to pay the annual membership or FPP Fee by the deadline results in suspension.
Suspension Period: During this time, members cannot access their accounts or participate in any activities on the Net4Log platform. Compliance is essential; attempts to evade suspension are prohibited

Reinstatement or Termination: At the end of the suspension, the Net4Log team will review the member's compliance. Possible outcomes include:
Reinstatement:If compliance is demonstrated, access will be restored.
Termination: Failure to comply or further violations may lead to permanent termination and ineligibility to rejoin.

Termination of Partner

Net4Log reserves the right to terminate a member's partnership without refunding the membership fee or Freight Protection Plan contributions under the following circumstances:

Questionable Practices: Engaging in questionable business practices, providing inadequate service, or neglecting responsibilities to fellow members may lead to termination, based on quarterly service ratings by Net4Log members.
Lack of Cooperation:Failing to seek or request cooperation from other members.
Credit Rating Issues: A recurring pattern of late invoice payments, as determined by credit rating reviews conducted within the Net4Log community.

Payment Inability:Inability to pay invoices issued by other members.
Conference Attendance:Absence from two consecutive annual conferences.
Bad Faith Disputes: Engaging in disputes with other members in bad faith.
Rule Violations: Repeated violations of any Net4Log rules.
Note: Additionally, members are prohibited from establishing a competing network with similar objectives to Net4Log. Violations of this rule will also result in termination.

Black Listing a Partner

Net4Log maintains high standards for its community by refusing membership to any business that is blacklisted in other freight forwarding networks. A partner may be blacklisted for the following reasons:

Insolvency: If a member becomes insolvent during their tenure with Net4Log.

Fraudulent Activity:Involvement in any form of fraudulent activity.
